Step–by–step guide

Book your priority security pass in five easy steps. You can keep this window open and refer to it throughout the booking process.

1. Quick quote

Start by telling us about your journey so we can show you the availability of priority security.

Select your airport, the date and time you plan to be at security, together with the number in your party.

When you’ve finished, click ‘Get my quote’.

2. Priority security availability

This page shows the availability at your airport together with the price.

Click on the product name to open a window giving detailed information about priority security and a terminal map showing its location.

When you are ready, click the ‘Book now’ button to the right.

3. Order review

This page lets you check the details of your booking before you buy. You can also click on the product name for further information as in step 2.

If you have made a mistake or changed your mind, click on the appropriate link to either, ‘Change product’, ‘Change date/time’ or ‘Remove product’.

On this page you can also book your car parking and lounge pass. If you purchase other products, your lounge choice will be saved until you complete the booking.

Click ‘Checkout’ to move to the next stage of your booking.

4. Complete booking

Details of the product/s chosen are displayed at the top of the page and there are links within this section should you need to make any changes to your choice.

Enter your personal and payment details. Fields marked with an asterisk must be completed for us to process your booking. Should you require information, click on the red question mark next to the section concerned.

You can also opt to receive a free SMS text message giving your booking reference details (parking and lounge passes only).

When you have finished, click ‘Confirm & pay’ and your booking will be processed through our secure server. You will not be charged any credit card or booking fees.

5. Booking confirmation

Your booking is now complete and payment has been taken from the card used.

Your unique reference number is shown on this page together with full details of the product/s that you have booked. If you need any further help, please quote your reference number when you contact LHR Airports.

You may want to print out this page for reference, though full details will be sent to the email address you have given with your booking.
