To view and amend details, or cancel an existing booking, quickly and conveniently, visit Manage my booking
Within Manage my booking you can also request your booking confirmation email to be resent and can provide us with additional details not available when you booked.
You will not be charged to cancel your booking and will receive a full refund, subject to the restrictions below.
If you amend your booking, any additional charges or refunds will be calculated based on the changes you make. There is no charge for this service.
Bookings cannot be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of the time of entry to the car park or lounge, as specified in your booking.
Please note that for SuperSaver and Leisure Special bookings, it is not possible to cancel or to amend the car park entry and exit dates and times.

How often do car parking prices change?
Our car parking prices are constantly monitored to ensure that we offer the best price possible. Hence, our prices are subject to change, so please bear in mind that quotes are valid at the time of booking only. This can mean that a price you see quoted on the website one week will have changed by the following week.
Do you charge any fees in addition to the price shown?
No. The price that you see on the availability page is the total price that you pay. We do not charge any booking or credit/debit card fees.
How important is my car registration number when making a booking?
Providing your car registration number is very important as having this information helps us deliver a quick and efficient service.
Entry into many of our car parks works through automatic number plate recognition (ANPR). If we do not have your correct car registration, this can delay your entry into the car park.
Where your vehicle is parked by our Valet staff, the registration number is important in identifying your car, in preparation for your return.
How close to my departure date can I make my car parking booking?
Our car parks can be booked up to 24 hours before your arrival time at the car park. SuperSaver and Leisure Special products must be booked further in advance. Details are given on the individual product parking information pages.
